Non-sealed Roller Bearing Roller Cone Bits

The XMW series bits are non-sealed Roller Bearing bits, which are ideal and economical tools for high-speed drilling and geothermal well drilling. Their main structural characteristics are:
1. Bits of 20 and above adopt a roller-ball-roller-roller structure;
2. 9 ½ - 17 ½ bit bearing adopts a roller-ball-roller-thrust structure;
3. Bit bearings below 8 1/2 of the bit adopt a roller-ball-small shaft-sliding thrust structure, suitable for high rotational speeds;
4. The bit bearing is not sealed, and the drilling fluid directly enters the bearing cavity to cool the bearing, making it suitable for geothermal well drilling.
