Product Description
TJA Series of casing and tubing coupling bucking unit
TJA Series of casing and tubing coupling bucking unit is widely applicable for casing and tubing manufacturing, and oil field service.
Among which the TJA series is the most representive casing and tubing making equipment with most mature technology and most advanced structure.
The bucking unit follows OCTG thread connection requirements, especially suitable for screwing screw out of multiple kinds of coupling.
Never-stick gripping mechanism and precise torque-control system provide whole computer monitor during screwing process.
Manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic are available, and features large range, high torque, long service life and safe and reliable.
The product has awarded national invention patent.
Main features
1. Integrated combination: Cancel the irrational structure in which multiple hoses and cables are used for cross connection of power source, operating console and main machine, featuring reasonable layout, compact structure and esthetic appearance.
2. Convenient installation: Can perform normal operation so long as it is connected with power supply and filled with hydraulic oil, featuring small area occupation and flexible movement.
3. Two control modes: namely manual control and brake control modes (user can purchase on selection of two modes according to actual requirement).
4. Reduce environmental pollution: Cancel the laying of multiple hoses along ground surface between three bodies, so as to avoid environmental pollution and economic loss due to oil leakage of hose broken workpiece.
5. Eliminate hidden danger: Cancel using multiple hoses and cables for mutual cross transition, so as to avoid the hidden danger for fire and personal injury caused by hose broken by workpiece and short circuit of cable.
6. Improve working efficiency: Thanks to compact structure, the manipulator can operate nearby, so that only a person is needed to realize a series of works including operation, putting into gear, pressure regulation and observation.
